Well, we enjoyed a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner last night. It was so nice spending time with my family and friends. Turkey is the leader in the production of Prunus armeniaca also known as Apricots or in Turkey Kayısı. Kayısı is a gorgeous fruit that can be used in pilavs, making pies, tarts, jams, and preserves. Scrumptious Strawberries Aren’t these the most scrumptious Strawberries you have ever seen? These strawberries were so delicious that I had to share a pic of them.
