Happy New Year 2015

I would like to wish all of you a Happy New Year 2015.  I hope it is filled with Happiness and Prosperity.  If there is one thing I hope all of you will do in the New Year is to try new foods and new recipes.  You may look at a recipe and say to yourself “This recipe calls for carrots and I don’t like carrots!”.  The great thing about a recipe is that you can use it as a...

April’s Amazing Orange Walnut Christmas Cake

Apple, Apricot, Pecan Salad with Orange Vinaigrette and Gorgonzola crumbles

My Apple, Apricot, Pecan Salad with Orange Vinaigrette and Gorgonzola Crumbles turned out great.  I actually made some Chipotle Honey Wings to go with it and it went great together.  I will post...
