This Ham Cheese Puff Pastry Pizza is a quick and easy recipe that the whole family will love.  It makes a great dinner with a garden salad.  You could also cut into smaller portions and use as an appetizer for a party.  If you are not a fan of ham and cheese, you could always use your own combinations of toppings for endless versions of this yummy treat.  Try it tonight. . . you’ll be glad you did.

Ingredients
  • ½ pound Puff Pastry Dough, thawed (in USA ½ of Pepperidge Farm package)
  • 1 Cup Chopped Ham
  • 4 ounces Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Italian Six Cheese Blend (or any cheese you like)
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut the sharp cheddar into small cubes.
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  4. Take the thawed dough and roll into a rectangle 9x13.
  5. Line quarter size (9x13) baking tray with parchment paper.
  6. Lay dough on parchment paper and make small pricks with a fork.
  7. Sprinkle ⅓ Cup shredded cheese on the pastry and bake for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and top with chopped ham and sharp cheddar.
  9. Top with remaining ⅔ Cups shredded cheese.
  10. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  11. Remove from oven and cut into rectangles.
