Chi Chicken and Dumplings We have been having temperatures in the 20s in Alabama, so to warm up, I made some yummy homemade Chicken and Dumplings. They really hit the spot. There are so many ways to make dumplings. Everyone has their own favorite. I like these because they are easy and less messy than having to get out the rolling pin, which makes more work for me. I am not going to lie, I actually had two big bowls....
