Place the ground beef in a large, deep mixing bowl.
Peel the onion and place in food processor and pulse for one minute.
Add the eggs, parsley, milk, salt, black pepper, chili powder, paprika, cumin, mint and the two slices of toasted bread. Pulse 1 - 2 minutes.
Add to the ground beef and mix well with clean hands until thoroughly combined.
Shape into patties or balls which can then be fried in a pan or on a griddle, grilled on a BBQ grill, or broiled in the oven. If you shape into balls, they can also be used in soups and stews.
