Beef Short Rib Steak Sandwiches

- ¾ Pound Beef Short Ribs, boneless
- 1 small onion, sliced in half-moons
- 1 Cup Sweet Bell Pepper, red, yellow and orange
- To taste Salt
- To taste White Pepper
- 1 Dash Paprika
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 Sub Buns
- 1 Cups Cheese (Feel free to add more cheese!)
- 4 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- Slice the onions and peppers in thin strips.
- Heat the olive oil and add the peppers and onions.
- Slice the beef into thin strips.
- Add to the pan.
- Stir well. Add the salt, white pepper and paprika.
- Cook about 5-6 minutes.
- Heat broiler while you cut the bun down one side leaving the top and bottom attached.
- Spread 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise on each bun.
- Distribute the meat, onions and peppers evenly between the 4 buns.
- Sprinkle ¼ Cup of cheese on each bun and place under broiler.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Serve piping hot.
