Potato Salad

- 6-8 Large Potatoes
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 to 1½ Cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ Cup Spicy Mustard
- ½ Cup Sweet Salad Cubes
- 2 Teaspoons Salt
- Wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
- Place in a large stockpot and add the salt and fill the pot ⅔ with water.
- Wash the eggs and place in the stockpot.
- Boil potatoes until tender about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and remove the eggs.
- Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl.
- Rinse the eggs in cold water and peel.
- Chop the eggs and add to the potatoes.
- Add the chopped onion, mayonnaise, mustard, and sweet salad cubes.
- Taste for seasoning and add salt if needed. Afiyet olsun!
