Yogurt Cheese or Labneh

- Place a mesh strainer over a bowl deep enough to hold several cups of liquid.
- Place clean cheese cloth over the strainer
- Pour in the store bought or homemade yogurt, how much depends on you - you can make as much or as little as you want
- Gently drape the cheese cloth over the top to prevent drying out I also place a lid lightly over mine but it is optional
- Put in the fridge and leave to strain for 3-4 hours
- Transfer to serving dish or roll into balls and cover with olive oil.
