Guacamole

- 2 Ripe Avocados
- ½ Small Red Onion, Finely Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- ¼ Cup Tomato, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- Cut the Avocado in half lengthwise.
- Use a spoon to scoop the Avocado from the skin (a perfectly ripe Avocado will be easy to scoop).
- Place into a mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, Cilantro, lime juice, olive oil and salt.
- Mash the ingredients together until well combined but still chunky.
- You may leave the seed in the dip to prevent the Avocado from discoloring.
- Serve with your favorite Tortilla Chips or on tacos or sandwiches as a spread!
