Purslane Salad or Semizotu Salatası

- 1 to 2 Handfuls Purslane
- 2 Tomato, Chopped
- 2 Cucumbers, Chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Red Onion, Chopped
- 1 Small Handful Cilantro
- 1 Lemon, Juiced
- 2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- To taste Salt and Pepper
- Whisk the Olive Oil, Lemon juice, salt and pepper together in a medium-sized bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, and purslane and mix well.
