Sharp Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

Cheesy garlic biscuits
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Tablespoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
  • ½ Cup Buttermilk
  • ¼ Cup Melted Butter
  • ¾ Cups Sharp Cheddar
  • For Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 2 Tablespoon melted Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley (or Fresh)
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the buttermilk, melted butter, and sharp cheddar.
  4. Stir until combined.
  5. Use a large ice cream scoop to make six equal size biscuits.
  6. Bake until golden brown for about 9-12 minutes.
  7. While the biscuits bake, make the garlic butter mixture.
  8. Brush the biscuits with the melted butter, garlic, and parsley mixture.
  9. Serve warm.
