Hummus

- 1 - 15 oz Can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed or Two Cups Cooked & Drained Chickpeas
- 2 Tablespoons (More or less to taste)Tahini
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced - reserve slice for garnish
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- Sprinkle Paprika
- Additional Olive Oil for garnish
- In a blender or food processor blend the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and salt until smooth.
- Place in a serving dish and use the back of a spoon to make indentations in the top of the hummus.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with fresh cut veggies, chips or pita wedges. Afiyet olsun!
