Spray your pan with baking spray or grease and flour them. You can use two loaf pans or whatever appropriate pan you have available. I used one loaf pan and one small disposable bunt pan.
In a medium sized bowl, sift the flour, salt and baking soda together and set aside.
Place the sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix in the cooking oil until well blended.
Beat the eggs in one by one until well mixed.
Mash the bananas and add to the liquid mixture, then add in the flour mixture and walnuts.
Mix well and distribute evenly between your pans.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done and golden brown.
Test with a toothpick to see if the cakes are cooked.
