Garlic Yogurt Sauce

- 2 cups Whole Plain Thick Yogurt
- 5-6 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Mint
- 2 Teaspoons Dried Dill
- salt to taste
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- ½ Cup ice water
- Smash the garlic with a little salt until a paste is formed.
- Place in a mixing bowl along with the yogurt, mint, dill, lemon juice and ice water.
- Mix until well blended.
