Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
  • ⅔ Cups Tahini, make sure it is well stirred
  • 2 Lemons, juiced
  • 4 Tablespoons yogurt
  • 5-6 cloves garlic, smashed with salt
  • ¼ - ½ Cup Water, as needed to thin sauce
Instructions
  1. Smash the garlic with salt.
  2. Place into a mixing bowl along with the tahini, lemon juice, and yogurt.
  3. Add a little water till it is thinned to the desired consistency depending on your taste.
