Fresh Strawberry & Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
  • 3-4 Cups Peaches, cut into thick slices
  • 1 Pint Strawberries, cut in half
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • For the Crumble Topping:
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • ¼ Cup Oats
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place butter in a cast iron or other oven safe skillet or pan.
  3. Melt the butter on the over medium heat.
  4. Stir in the 2 tablespoons sugar.
  5. Add the peaches and strawberries and saute while you prepare the crumb topping.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, sugar, flour and oats until it sticks together but is still crumbly.
  7. Cover the top of the fruit with the crumb mixture and place into the pre-heated oven.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crumb topping is golden and baked through.
