Saute the onion in the olive oil for 6-8 minutes or until golden and caramelized.
Allow to cool.
Reserve 2 tablespoons of the onions for garnishing the dip.
In a food processor or blender, combine the onion, lemon juice, salt and the yogurt and blend until smooth. (If you don't have a food processor or blender, you can just stir it all together. It will be fine. I promise.)
Mix the onion and yogurt mixture with the blue cheese and sour cream.
Stir well and pour into a serving dish.
Top with the reserved caramelized onions. Enjoy with chips, crackers or veggies of your choice. Afiyet olsun!
