Easy Skillet Rolls with Pepperoni Jalapeno Cheese Dip
Author:
Recipe type: Appetizer

This was made in a size skillet but you could easily double the recipe and make it in a larger skillet. This size serves 3-4 as an appetizer.
Ingredients
  • 12 Balls of Dough from my Easy Yeast Bread Recipe (about ⅓ of the dough)
  • 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 3 Sweet Yellow Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons Pickled Jalapeno Rings
  • 20 Pepperoni Slices
  • 8 Ounces Monterey Jack Cheese, Cubed
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Place a small pan of water in the corner of the oven. This will produce steam which will help the dough rise.
  2. Saute the yellow pepper, jalapenos, and pepperoni in 2 Tablespoons of the olive oil in the skillet.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  4. Take about ⅓ of my Easy Yeast Bread Recipe and shape into 12 balls.
  5. Place the dough balls around the edge of the skillet.
  6. Add the cheese to the center of the skillet covering all the pepperoni ingredients.
  7. Drizzle the remaining 1 Tablespoon olive oil over the dough balls.
  8. Place the skillet into the pre-heated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Afiyet olsun!
